SCAMOLOGY

Scams, scams and only scams around.

The way our politicians are involved in scams, it seems that we will have to introduce a new subject in schools, that would be called , 'SCAMOLOGY'.

Scams are mostly belong to the politics but this subject can't be included in the already existing political science book, because the syllabus of this subject is so vast. It must be given a special status like union territories. In the same way it requires a new one hour period to be started with an extra class on sunday, in which students will get a chance to interact with some famous personalities of this field.

I'm quite sure that another scam will happen because of it. That will be called 'EXTRA CLASS SCAM' The most famous and most experienced, celebrity scamers will be offered big money for their appearances by the the ' St. ' brand schools. There schools will be able to call great scamers like A. Raja, Laloo Yadav, Telgi etc. On the other hand 'hindi medium' schools will have to tolerate losers like Bangaru laxman those were not so experienced and caught for only few bucks.

The condition will be worst in village schools. They would only see any unknown member of village panchayat or any contractor of municipal corporation of near by town. So once again 'st.' brand schools will kick the ' hindi medium ' schools out of the ring.

The most interesting thing will be the question paper of scamolmgy. The questions will be something like this :

1. Who was the father of scamolmgy? What was his contribution?

2. Who was the first politician did a scam? Name the scam also.

3. Name two :

(a) centre level scam
(b) state level scam

4. Which investigation commission, formed to investigate a scam was least corrupt?

5. Imagine, you are a high rank government official, your salary is Rs. 30000 p.m. How many flats you can have in a high end building in a metro?

6. Name some great scamers those dedicated their lives to spread corruption in the country.

7. What is the eligibility to become a national scamer.

8. Name three scams by our politicians which spoiled the reputation of country in the world.

ISN'T IT ENOUGH???

60 years of legal war, loss of thousands of lives and after wasting millions of rupees on a religious matter, don't you think it should come to an end now ? I'm not here to discuss the matter again. It is already over heard, i just want to give my personal opinion that is, WHY SHOULDN'T WE CONSTRUCT A SCHOOL OR HOSPITAL ON THE CONTROVERSIAL PLACE INSTEAD OF TEMPLE OR MOSQUE??? I think no one would be annoyed if someting like this happens. That's all about this post is. Think about it.

WHERE THERE IS POLITICS...

The IPL issue has captured the eyes of whole the world these days, everyone is excited to know the truth behind the big game.Everyday there is a new name of any politician and any other person being exposed. This is not the first time when cricket is under the dark clouds, but this one is not only spoiling the image of the gentleman game but India also.

Whole the government machinery is working day and night to dig the layers of the grave to fine out the depth of the matter.Whole the media is covering the story 24X7.One name is being blamed for everything wrong in the IPL and that is Lalit Modi. But how can a single person be responsible for such a big scam, unless there is political involvement. In country like India where everything is affected by politics. From construction of roads to PDS system, where politicians poke their nose in every matter to find the possibilities of to play dirty games, how can a big show like IPL be untouched! And when politicians are involved in the game directly it is just foolish to think that only Lalit Modi is responsible for that.

In my opinion we should think to reach the ultimate solution. If we would do so,we will find that everything wrong happening in the IPL or in the country is because of the level of Indian politics. Its the politics only which is responsible for this IPL scam.Where ever they go they spoil things, they make everyone corrupt.

It has been a debate in the nation for a long time, that why non-sporting figures are given the responsibility to be sit on the chair of any sports organisation?Whether it is cricket, hockey or any other sport.Do we have a lack of sports person those could develop the condition of a sport?Anywhere there is a political figure is involved in the sports it has been spoiled as they have spoiled the nation.

So if politicians are not stopped to be involved in sports cases like this will never end.I request the authorities to take the politics and the politicians apart from the sports so that our country also could do better in sports. We have so many retired sporting figures from every game those can do much better if they are given the responsibility. Not only sports but a responsibility belong to anything should be given to a person who is expert in that particular field. If you will involve politicians everywhere, they will do,what they are expert in.

So to save the sports and the nation let the politician do politics only in the politics not in the other fields.

It is said that WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY, in India we can say WHERE THERE IS POLITICS,THERE IS A SCAM.

So if we want to end the scams from the nation, first we have end the corrupt politics.

THE BIG GLOVE

oo
The biggest headlines of all the newspapers is about the politics and scam behind the IPL these days and this is not going to be finished very soon. This storm is going to be more dirty and dangerous in the upcoming time. After the resignation of Shashi Tharoor the game has just begun.Congress has sacrificed their one knight now they will surly go for hunt.

Whole the attention is now on Lalit Modi,it is being said that it is almost decided for him to leave, but that also would not be the end of the war.Lalit Modi is being targeted as he is the only one who has done everything wrong in with the IPL.He may be found guilty for something but he can't be alone. It is not possible that a multi million game is being played by only one person. This statement sounds more senseless in countries like India, where all the roads pass through the street of politics.

So if Lalit Modi goes,he wont go alone. There will be a huge list of names those will be blacklisted with him,and that will definitely shack the nation. It means it is going to be a big show.

We can understand this by the fact that Sarad Pawar who is found more interested in cricket than the ministry given to him,who met Mr.Bal Thakrey to convince him to let the game played in Mumbai,is now saying that he has nothing to take with IPL.More over his daughter also standing to support him.The fact is that every one is now afraid of the IPL tsunami. His daughter is supporting him for his husband actually who is the co-promoter of Kings XI punjab. So if an highly active person in cricket affairs like Sarad pawar is stepping back,it means there is something really serious.

It is also being said that the blast at the blasts at the Bangaluru stadium were organised by the people involved in betting as they wanted the semis to be transferred to Mumbai. That is a different matter. But the game off the found has become more interesting than the game on ground.
The most interested thing about any controversy and the scam happen in the country is that everything is messed up in the country but no one say anything about it unless there is an internal quarrel, but as the people have hands in glove have some differences they start blaming each other. We have seen that when a politician is suspended from the party he starts abusing the party and try to expose all the secrets. We have seen this in case of Raj Babbar,Amar singh and Natwar shingh.
Same thing has happen with the IPL issue.Governments also show extra awareness only after the case is exposed. Now I-T department is raiding the IPL related places everyday, different stories are being exposed by the government sources every day,but were they people in a sleep for the last three years? Now when they have to scarifies their one minister and others are in the queue, they are chasing the culprits furiously. It happens every time and during the rule of every government.
It shows that how serious governments have been for the welfare of the country! We have not seen such honest efforts from the government to solve the naxal, illegal storage of food grains, inflation and many other important issues. That's why a huge population in the country still suffering the lack of basic facilities to survive.
Anyways,All this controversy is has affected the cricket the most.People are now not much interested about who will win the IPL-3,rather they want to know the political climax of the game. All the teams, players and even their owners now looking mere pawns of this game.

So lets wait and watch, how many hands are there in this glove and of whose.

MARRIAGE vs LIVE-IN

Its human nature to go against the rules and the irony is that rules are also made by us.One of such rule is made by us for marriages.Specially in India marriages are considered as a necessity of life. But things change with time. The success rate of marriages is too low. There are very few couples who live happily together. Most of the couples live together but they are not the soul mates. They have differences but only because they are afraid of society, they don't be apart.Sometimes when things get out of the level of tolerance, divorces happen.

But this is the best quality of humans that we are so adoptable,we create problems for us and ourselves find the solutions for them.To avoid carrying marriage as a burden,we have found a solution for this also. That is called 'LIVE-IN'.Last week,in a case,Supreme Court has said that live-in relation is not a crime,Actually it comes under the 'right to life'.If two adults live together willingly there is nothing wrong in it.

In my opinion too,live-in is better than getting married to someone whom we don't know,we don't love. Its better than a relation in which we have to carry a bunch of relations unwillingly. Its better to live freely than living in a bonded family.

But...as everything, this is also not a perfect solution. It also have some loopholes.Let's check out some...

Changes are good,But things which are followed for centuries, can not be changed abruptly.Live-in, can be proved very difficult for a woman in the Indian society, where most of the woman are dependent. If they broke up,it can be very difficult for them to survive and face the society.

The second problem is about kids. What would the kids do if their parents broke up?Who will take the responsibility to grow them up?To give this burden only to the man is not fare because both the parents get into the relationship willingly,so they both should be considered responsible for that.
But the ultimate thing is,whatever the way we choose, the most important factor to live that relation is true love, trust, honesty, and respect for each other.

Whether we choose to be in married life or live-in these factors are the basis of all relations,if there is no honesty, true love and trust,we can't put up with any relation. In the absence of all these things every relation is useless and its bound to be broken.

UNWANTED SUFFERING

The politics decide the present and future of any country,It is the responsibility of the politicians that they should use their political talent for the progress of the nation, but in our country, politicians waste whole their energy on small issues. They have no interest solving the real issues of the country.

The latest example of this is the presence of Amitabh Bachhan at the inauguration of the Bandra-Varli Sea link.Congress has reacted on this issues as the C.M. of Maharashtra has committed a crime.Their problem is that Mr. Bachhan has recently met the C.M. of Gujrat,Mr.Narendra Modi, and became the Brand Ambassador of the tourism of Gujrat.which is ruled by the BJP.

Now congress wants to know from Mr.Bachhan, what is his stand on the involvement of Narendra Modi in the riots of Gujrat, which were happened a few years back there. What the hell is this! Why they are asking this question to Mr. Bachhan? What he has to take with all this?He was invited to become the Brand Ambassador of Gujrat Tourism and he accepted it.What wrong he did?

The reaction of congress was so childish at the incident.Being a national and ruling party they should show some maturity. If BJP is your opposition party, why you let a innocent person suffer?

This is really the shame for the country that the biggest and the most respected star of the nation is ill treated like this.Actually people like Mr. Bachhan have become a soft target for every one, whether these are political parties or news channel.Everyone give them a character certificate made by them.Political parties has divided the celebrities without their permission.

But the most of the troubles are faced by these celebrities. They are involved in the controversies against their will. They became so insecure that before saying anything they have to think about their statements a thousand times.Every statement of them is presented as a sensation.

This is the nature of law that no one can make everyone happy.Ones' happiness causes others' suffering. If a star who living in Mumbai says that he love Hindi he is blamed,If he says that his country comes first for him,he is still blamed. If he become the Brand Ambassador of a state which is ruled by the opposition, again he is blamed.I mean, what he should do man! If he doesn't do anything for the country he is blamed too. What the hell!

Is becoming a big star in this country is crime? That's the reason students those who get higher education want to set abroad. They know that the politics in this country can destroy their future. It can make them suffer. Then we say that nobody thinks for the nation.People are getting self-centred and so on.

Is this the way India seeing the dreams of becoming a super power?Where senseless issues become the issue of reputation for the ruling party of the country.A party which called itself secular get mad only because the biggest star become the brand ambassador of a state, ruled by the opposition party.

Don't know where this country is going?

WHY WE WANT DAVID HEADLEY?

Since US has captured David Headley,There is a debate started in India,if he should be handed over to India or not.Everyone is saying that when Ajmal Kasab was captured,US investigation agencies came and questioned him easily,so its now its time for US to pay back to India.

There is a group of people that say that D. Headley is the culprit of India and he must be handed over to India for further prosecution.News is that Headley was the double agent,he also worked for the US intelligence.

If we think in terms of right and wrong,he should be handed over to India, but practically I don't favour it.In my opinion he should be punished in US.

The reason is that everybody knows the loop holes of Indian system of law.Every criminal use it for his/her protection.Take the example of Kasab. He was caught by the cameras during 26/11,whole the world saw him on TV,but he is not even ready to commit that he is the same guy who was in the CCTV footage of the that day.Every month he say something new to confuse the court and to delay his punishment and we listen and see him helplessly. He is now saying that he came here in India as a visitor and only because he is a Pakistani,Mumbai police caught him.He says that he is innocent.

I mean, what the hell man! He is making fun of us,in our own country. He is making fun of the people who were killed in that attack,he is making fun of the soldiers those sacrificed their lives to save others.Have you ever thought, what would be the feelings of the relatives of those who lost their lives in that tragedy?

Its more than one and a half year since he in the police custody, giving him the best security, spending a huge amount of money on his protection and wasting our time to punish him,but he is still safe,he hasn't got the punishment yet and who knows when he will be punished? We can't say anything. We have seen the speed of judgment in the case of Mumbai blast of 1993.

So its better Headley is left for US.They will handle the case better than us.I mean,he came here, lived here for a long time, made plans of destruction, did what he wanted and we were sleeping,we came to know about him when he was captured by US.So why we want him now?We know that its must for us to question him but in my opinion its better to do so in US.Its better for all.

EDUCATION FOR SALE...

India, which was known as the land of education once,is now going to import education. As the UPA government has prepared to present the bill for inviting the foreign universities to give their services in India. The reason being given for this, that millions of the students could not join any college because there is a lack of universities in India.

But I don't think that the lack of universities is the only thing behind this problem. There are many others also.Such as the poor educational infrastructure, lack of facilities and the poor result of the secondary level classes.

But the biggest reason behind that is the unemployment,Yes,most of the students leave study after class 12th because they don't have the funds to get the higher education.

This bill may improve the quality of education in India by creating a fear of competition among the Indian Educational Institutes. But don't you think that it's like accepting the defeat? Our government is not serious to improve the quality of education and the infrastructure of the domestic institutes.

But is this the only solution to solve this problem? No.

The only good thing, this step of government can do for the country is that the students wont have to go abroad for to study in any foreign university. They will be able to get a degree of world class university staying at home.

But will this be cheaper than going abroad?May be not, because if any university will open its campus here in India, they will have to invest and then they will also find ways to earn more profits. So expense wise its not going to be cheaper.

Actually, this is not going to be a solution for this problem, rather its going to create some new problems for the Indian students,as well as the Indian society.

As this will increase the differences between the upper and middle class of Indian society because everyone is not going to be able get the admission in these universities. This will increase the pressure and the competition among the students.

For the upper class it is going to be a status symbol, they will become more snobbish then. The middle and the lower classes will suffer with a feeling of incompatibility. This pressure may also give one more reason to commit suicide to students,as a result the rate of committing suicide by students may be increased.

I think government should try to improve the basic education first and then they should try to increase the number of universities in the country. There is a lack of funds for the colleges. They don't have the enough money to spend on researches. So government should try to look at that side first.Rather than making education a business.
And if they are so eager to do so,they should propose Indian business houses to enter in this field and do something for it.

NOTHING TO CELEBRATE...

Its woman’s day.I think this is the funniest day we celebrate. What a society we have! i want to talk about India. We always say that we have a great culture and great respect for women. We worship women, but only the idols, not the living one who live with us.We are afraid of the idols but we always harm the wives, mothers, sisters etc.We worship goddess Durga twice in a year, for nine days each time,in the festival called 'navratri',I have seen that people are afraid of goddess Durga as she is supposed to be furious. For these nine days, small girl children are treated as the goddess Durga herself, they are served by all,but in the same country,we read the news in the newspapers that a four year or ten year old girl child has been raped somewhere in the country. What an irony! I didn't want to write this line but I had to.

I wont say that all men,but most of the men consider women,an object.I’m a young guy but when i see some of the people of my age, calling girls with names which indicate them as objects,i feel pity for those guys. Its the biggest true that we can’t live without women, she give birth, feed us and teach us to stand on our feet, but when we learn everything we started thinking that women are just for using.

More than 80% of the Indian women pass their lives as struggling housewives. They scarifies whole life, for their families but get nothing except some physical harassment of her husband and her in laws. She is always expected to give birth to a male child.Even elder women of the family think same as men. They are compelled to not eat for the whole day,for many days in a year, which we called a fast.why not men?In India, the days like 'karwachauth' are the symbol of the love between a husband and wife, but what is the relation of remaining hungry for whole day, even they can't have water. What the crap man! I think its a crime against women, even if each woman do it willingly.

Now talk about the security of women in the world. They can not go anywhere fearlessly at night, not even on the day time.I saw a report in the news paper, previous day, which was showing that the crime against women are increasing every year. The report was showing the government's figures, but in real the number of crimes against women is much more.Specially in India, most of the people don't approach the police station in case of rape or any other kind of crime against woman, because even in case a girl is harassed, people see the girl suspiciously. In most of the cases girls don't inform their families about what has happened to them.If parents come to know about it,they avoid to file a report, because they are afraid of the society. They know if the news spreads,it would be difficult for them to face the society and it would affect the marriage of their daughter.Marriage, which is considered a burden by the parents of a girl.

Politicians make promises, but what about the ‘women representation bill’ in the parliament. It is waiting for more than fifteen years to be passed. They say that women should be given 33% reservation in the parliament.but why? why shouldn't’t they be given 50% reservation,if it forms the 50% of the population of the world.

I think they can run a country better.Because women are more honest than men,and that is the thing our country needs the most today.

I just want to say through this post that a few women’s day doesn’t only mean to have few women like Indira nuyi,Kalpana Chawala,Soniya Gandhi etc.The women in India are still suffering with the ordeals of life. They have got the fundamental rights but unable to use them.So don’t celebrate Women’s day, first make every women able to understand what they are and most importantly the so called 'Men’s World' have to understand that whole of this civilization is because of women. So respect them.

WHAT AN IRONY!

The Hockey world Cup 2010 is going to be started in Delhi from March 28th,sounds good for the national Game of India.

The promotion of the World Cup For Indian team is being done these days on TV.It is being promoted by the cricketers,Film Stars and the other sports persons. They say "apna khel hai, zaroor dekho..."(its our game,we must watch). It's a good thing that different people from the various fields care for the national sentiments and promoting Hockey. We should appreciate it.

But we all know that nothing is going to change this way.Hockey is not going to be as popular as cricket in the near future.

Its and irony in itself that in the promotional videos, there is no hockey player. The reason behind this is clear that there are very few people who can recognise any hockey players, most of us don't even know the names of the players. If you ask a youth about the names of the cricketers, they will not only tell you the names of Indian cricketers rather they know the names and faces of all the international cricketers.

I think some hockey players should have been given place with the other sports persons and film stars in these promotional videos.

I'm not really happy with, whatever this happening, and i know that there are so many other think alike. These videos look like, hockey is begging in India. Its really very tragic and heart breaking.
We all know that the Government policies towards sports is responsible for this tragedy. Our agriculture minister can go to beg for the peace during the worlds richest cricket event to the Shivsena leaders, but there is no one to talk about cricket.
its Really a shame!

I-PAD... CAN SAVE THE NATURE

Yes,Exactly, you have read it right. The new invention of Apple, the 'i-Pad' really can save the nature.Actually this one is really a revolutionary invention.

It was launched as a gadget in which lots of books can be downloaded and can be read anywhere,as well as it gives the feel of the orthodox books.Manufactures might have launched it as another show off gadget of the upper class but I see its most important role in the field of education.

Specially in countries like India where the school bags of kids are full of books.

Let me tell, how it can help...

It can be given to schools children for study in place of a bunch of books and note books.A single i-Pad can work for them for the whole student life.

Books should be downloaded on the i-Pad according to the particular class and after the end of the year all the i-Pads should be collected from the students and the books of next class should be uploaded. They can make notes on that as well.

They wont have to be worried to set the bags according the daily time-table.It will save their time also and make them stress free.

Students can read books on that, they can make notes as well and can read easily anytime. Then we wont need papers to waste.

Just imagine how much paper we can save by doing so! It will definitely increase the green color on the earth.

But now a question arises that how can everyone afford this expensive gadget?

I have a answer for this too.

Obviously, all the schools can't afford this but I know that at least private schools can do it easily. They can contact with manufacturers to get some discount in the prices and can give it to the students.Schools need not to charge whole the cost at once, they can get it with the monthly fees in installments.

But one more thing, which is-The i-Pad which will be given to the students, must not have the features like gaming,Internet or calling etc. otherwise it will harm the study of any student. In this condition they will play more than they study on it.

We should think about it seriously, its not impossible.

MONEY MATTERS

Agriculture Minister, BCCI chief suits more for Mr. Sharad Pawar, has proved that there is nothing more important than money for any one, especially for the Indian politicians. For the last two years rate of inflation is making the new records everyday but we have not seen any firm steps form his side, but in case of IPL he is superbly active, because this is a super expensive sports event and a huge market is depended on it.but he can meet Shivsena chief Mr. Bal Thakrey, who is challenging the government openly, whose part is Mr.Pawar also.

Its a shame in itself that we are seeing such contradictions in the ruling party's leaders.Few days back Home Minister has said that they will provide full security for the IPL at the other side the BCCI chief/Agriculture minister Mr. Pawar is meeting with Bal Thakrey to make sure that there would be no chaos from their side.I mean what the hell is this!

Mr. Pawar has proved that this government is not concerned for the common people, they just care for the money matters.IPL is for them is more important than the millions of people, suffering from inflation.

It is being said from Mr. Pawar's side that it was just a meeting required in a democracy, means they just want to discuss the matter with the opposition party in the Mumbai Assembly.Had Mr. Pawar discussed with others about inflation,to remove corruption from the PDS system and to stop the illegal storage of grains by the big fishes in the business, who are most responsible for the rising prices, they would have solved this problem much before.

But he is more a BCCI chief than the agriculture minister of the nation. We can't appeal him for anything even we can't expect something from him because we know that they never be ashamed whatever they do.

Really there are no principles left in the politics.

WHAT EVER...

So Rahul Gandhi visited mumbai safely against the challenge of Shivsena.Fine.It should be happened in a democracy, because all are equal before law and constitutions has given us rights for that.Anyways we all know these things.

Everyone is praising Rahul Gandhi for his bold and brave attitude, but it was not actually done by Rahul Gandhi.Any individual of India, any common man could do so,if he had been provided such security.Am I wrong?More over it was about the sentiments of a son, anyone would accept any challenge from anyone if ill words will be told about his mother.Rahul Gandhi did the same.So it was a personal thing more than a democratic issue.

So why everyone praising Rahul Gandhi? They should praise the defence, provided to him by the Mumbai police.

Congress is in the government there and it made all the possible things to secure Rahul.Mumbai was converted into cantonment.CM himself went to check the arrangements. The area where Rahul were to visit was equipped by the CCTV cameras and 10000 policemen.I have not seen such a huge arrangement for anyone yet! but it had to happen, after all Rahul is the son of the chairperson of ruling party.Had he was not provided such security,CM of Mumbai would have lost some marks in the class of Sonia ji.

But it has proved that government can do anything,it can solve any problem,if there is a will. But we only see this will power in these types of cases only. Many workers of Shivesena were arrested by police during Rahul's visit.Where police was when North Indian were being beaten?

Anyways,we will talk about that later.

But this time it worked right way,Actually,to stop Shivsena is more important right now.So we can avoid the things,I said above,at least this time.

But will all the north Indians will get the more security than before in Mumbai now?Government will have to take some steps against Shivsena and MNS.Because they will not keep quite now. They would definitely be more dangerous in the upcoming days. This is not about the Rahul's visit only, rather it is about the security of North Indians in Mumbai,It is about the fundamental rights, its about the great Indian Constitution.

Rahul's visit has slapped Shivsena. On the other hand SRK also has refused to apologise for what ever he said.It ,may be a publicity stunt, but we can forget it this time. Some more celebrities have come in support of SRK,which is developing some confidence among the common people also. There must be someone to initiate, and if this initiative will end at this moment it would be so miserable. If Rahul stop talking after few days of his visit,if SRK stop talking about it after his movie become a hit. This initiative needs to be taken far ahead for the welfare of the nation.Otherwise, upcoming future will be so violent, and a never ending war will start in the country.I'm really afraid!

I'm wondering, why EC is not taking some steps against them? Why their right to contest election is being taken away?A party which is trying to play with the national peace and sentiments of the people should be banned.
Is there someone who can make them understand, that they are doing the same thing, what are done by the enemy countries,to divide the nation? So i just want to say that this beginning must be carried on to keep the nation united.

DEMOCRATIC DICTATORS...

We always feel proud that India is the biggest democracy in the world and all the citizen of India respect it and it has the best,as a constitution can have to protect the rights of its citizen. Some fundamental rights have been described there that sound good, amazing and best.there is one more right is given with all rights, that is the right to constitutional remedies. If someone try to violate the rights of anyone then he can be punished. That is the best thing of a constitution.

But we all know that how are the laws misused by the powerful animals of the society. But violating some one's right is the biggest crime in my opinion.

our system is very active to punish If any common citizen go against the constitution,but...

I'm not afraid saying that this is the worst government of the country till the date, which is unable to touch the political terrorists 'Raj Thakrey,Bal Thakrey' and their supporters.

Their terror is increasing day by day. After opposing the north Indians in the Mumbai they are now interfering in the national issues. As they are talking about Pakistani players in IPL.They are saying that any Indian who love the country and respect the nation would not like any Pakistani player play in India.

If anyone talk about the better relation with neighbouring country they oppose them.As they did in case of Sachin Tendulkar,SRK and Mukesh Ambani. They have become blind for the politics of vote.

I'm wondering why they are free? Why they are not being punished?

They are openly challenging the constitution and threatening people.Who they are to decide, who should live in Mumbai and who should not?

last week a young representative of Shivsena on a news channel that anyone who love country will not allow any pakistani player to play in India, and if anyone favor them he is not a true patriot.

What the hell!!! now they will give us certificate to the patriotism? I would like to ask all the members of Shivsena,if acting against constitution is not an anti-nation thing? But there would be no benefit of asking them this question, because they are fools. There is a line in the latest movie 'ROAD TO SANGAM',"you can awake a parson who is sleeping, but you can't in case when someone is acting of sleeping".This line fits best for the Shivsena and MNS.

But the government is most responsible for whatever is happening.Whole the cabinet should Regine in my opinion or they should put the chives of Shivsena and MNS behind the bars.I know it would be a tough decision for them because after that Mumbai will be set on fire by the supporters of MNS and Shivsena. But we have to take strict decisions otherwise it will spread in whole the nation.

I suggest them one more option, they can remove the chapters about Indian constitution from all the books so that upcoming generations wont have to read the double meaning things.

DELIBERATE ERROR !

You all must have read about the current error made by the UPA government,as they have printed the picture of former Pakistan's air chief Marshal,Tanveer Mehmood Ahamad on the poster, made to stop the female foeticide,on the occasion of 'National Girl Child Day'.

Any ways,PMO has apologised for its mistake but UPA can't be forgiven for this. There are so many questions raised by this act of the UPA government.

The first and the biggest question is: How can they make a mistake like this?I mean its impossible that a poster which is being published by the higher level authority can have this kind of mistake. If any one oppose me then please explain how is it possible?

Any poster like this is finalised after it is passed from so many hands and can not be designed and granted without the permission of any higher government official.I have read that this ad has been passed by the Directorate of Audio Visual Publicity (DAVP), which comes under the I&B ministry.I also read that DAVP check every ad very carefully before granting it.So how can they make this kind of mistake? So it is clear that it was not a mistake but a deliberate act.

Now,come to my second Question: If we suppose that they have made a mistake, then why they made a mistake for a air marshal chief's picture? Why they not made a mistake for the picture of Sonia Gandhi,Manmohan Singh, Virendra Sehwag or Kapil Dev.The reason behind it,that all the politicians and sports persons, specially cricketers are well known in India, almost all can recognised them. But we hardly recognised our defence forces' chives.???

So they selected it knowingly.Because it was safer to select a person who is difficult to be recognised.

If they have made a mistake then they have not yet said that whose picture was actually selected for that place? Was that any Indian Defence Force chief? or any body else?

Now the mysterious and the most important question arises: Why they did this?

The answer is: To attract the muslim voters. It is always claimed by he UPA government that they are not communal but on the real grounds they are the most communal party of the country. In its previous five years they ordered to make a census of the minority people in the defence forces.Which was a shame full act.

Actually UPA is trying to play a safe game. When they won the election in 2003,Sonia Gandhi could not take the charge of the PM's post because of the controversy so she had to give that chair to Manmohan Singh. This step of Sonia Gandhi was glamorised as the sacrifice by the UPA and the media also,it was not actually.

But it has become a boon for the UPA government. If they do anything wrong PM's is considered for that and if they do something good eyeballs are turned to party president,Sonia Gandhi. They have checked the patience of the public by this trick many times in the last five years. But this time its big. They have not only hurt the patriotic feelings of defence forces but every Indian.

Every one will forget this incident after some days as any other political controversy, but millions of people like me can never forgive them.

FOOLS' WORLD

Last day i saw a news on TV that a BSP leader,Mahendra Singh Sengar has bought land on moon to gift his party supremo Miss. Mayawati on her B'day.

It is said that this world is full of fools, you will get thousands if you go to search one.

Actually i don't want to aim any particular person but i want to aim all the fools in the world. Many people have done this foolish act.I mean what the hell is this?

Buying land on moon is one of the smartest and the funniest act of this century. My objection is that how can someone buy something which he doesn't belong?Who gave you the right to do so?

Moon is not the personal property of anyone then how can someone sell plots on the moon. They are selling coz they are smart, but who the stupid people are these who are buying these plots? Do they have brains or not?

Sellers are really the smart people and the buyers are the fools.I mean what you will do of this land? There is no air,no water no life, nothing. Will you go there and make house and live there?

It may be possible in the future, but that time is too far now.It is not going to happen in upcoming 2 or 3 centuries.

The biggest thing is that we are not eager to save the thing that we have right now,but we are showing off by purchasing land on moon. What we will get by doing so?Can anyone answer me?Really, I'm too eager to know the answer to this question?please someone tell me.
Whatever i would write about this topic will not be enough,so i would like to stop writing on it,You guys are smart enough to understand evreything.

Mr. SIBBAL,PLEASE STOP!

Yes,This is exactly what i want to say to The HRD Minister Mr . Kapil Sibal. When the UPA government started its second inning, all the ministeries were given a '100 days target' to change things. They were actually trying to copy the US presidet's policy of 100 days.As we all knows that we people are so good to copy things without any reason and without seeing our resources, capabilities and the ground. But we do it.So UPA government copuied the 'mission 100 days' formate.

Because of this 'mission 100 days' we saw, oops! , sorry we heard so many announcments from the various ministers,Our ministers are the best to announce things.Anyways 100 days has been over and most of the ministers has stoped following this mission as they do stop following everthing, but our HRD minister Mr. Kapil Sibal has got the phobia. He is still very serious, but this seriousness of Mr. Sibal has created so many problems for many.

Actually it has became the new trend in the Indian politics, that politicians are trying to get so much attention of the public by speaking about the changes rather than working and making some change. After the so called youth political icon Rahul Gandhi, the second name in this list is Mr. Kapil Sibal. In our country it is good to see that a minister is serious about his job,but over excitement is always bad.

We are getting new announcements from him almost every week.He is trying to change things at once. That is not possible in a country like India.

First we heard that he is going to change the basic education system. Then he spoke about IIT, and after that so many announcements he has made till now,I actually don't remember how many. The latest he has spoken about the Deemed Universities.Which has confused all the students of these universities, not confused actually the students are scared. They are seeing Mr. Sibal in their dreams now as a ghost.oops! sorry no more kidding its a serious matter.

Actually he is not making things easy by announcing so many things rapidly, rather he has made everyone confused. Not only students but teachers also.

I tell you,I'm also a teacher and teach students up class 10th,Mr.Sibal has told about so many changes in the format of the examination that students are so confused, they are not coming to know that how their exams will be taken, what will be the format and how will be the marks distributed? There are so many questions.

Same thing about the IIT.First he told that to apply for IIT students must secure more than 80% marks,it created a huge controversy, and finally he accepted that the final decision will be taken by the IIT management.

Now after watching the super successful '3-idiots' he said that parents should let their kids do,what kids want. What Mr.Sibal? We all have seen the movie.Don't tell us.Do you have your own 'thing'???to think or not?If tomorrow a movie say that HRD minister should be a young person would you leave your department???

May be he really wants to change things but things can't be changed this way.If you really want to change something then just do it,just do something to change it.First make the change with the help of the experts and then speak about that and tell everyone about it.But you Mr. Sibal, doing the opposite thing. You haven't made any change in real but you have spoken a lot.So please, stop speaking and start working on the announcements you have made. Its my request to you from all the institutes,Schools, teachers and The most important Students.

If we will see any changes we will praise you,otherwise... and please stop scaring the students.

Just do it man!!!!!!! just do it!!

NATIONAL GAME OR SHAME?

I or any Indian would like to say these words about the national game, but its true that it is the matter of national shame that Indian Hockey is seeing these days and this has became the national shame.

What ever game we choose, we have to be young to play. it means that we give that sport the most important years of our lives which we could use for doing any other job also.A country which has the richest cricket board and cricketers not only earn in millions but become the heart beat of everyone, there the hockey team has to strike for their due payments.

We can say that its a market game.Market can make anything big or cheap.and right now the market is supporting only cricket.

Hockey is our national game but we don't have anything to say except those eight golds those were won by our team in the last century. For this our governments are the most responsible. What else you can except from the sports in a country where the chives of the sports do not belong to that particular sport, more over the chair person of these organisations come from politics.

Politics is not even able to control the nation then how they can control the sports? no wonder the politicians have made the sports more political than sporty. We can see the examples in the Indian Cricket team where the better play is not the security of the selection in the team.
Not only hockey, but all the sports except cricket are suffering with the government's ignorance. In my opinion hockey players have done the right thing by protesting this way before the world cup.The great Bhagat Shing said that we need to produce a blast to make dumbs listen.

What more shameful can be for us that a Pakistani singer Salma Aga has announced to help Indian hockey, she belongs to a country whose financial condition is one of the worst in the world and also not a friend of India. We should salute her for spirit. Many other millionaire Indians have asked to help hockey that is a good thing for the future of the game.

Anyways the board and the team has reached a decision But I'm worried also that this is not the permanent solution. This seems to be more complicated after the world cup.

Finally, hockey is our national game and it needs to be encouraged both by the government and the business houses as they do with cricket. It needs to be glamorized so that there would be more chances for the hockey players to earn like any other cricketer.
